By accessing or using the Wheelie app (“App”) or website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App or Site.

1. Eligibility

Wheelie is available to individuals worldwide. By using the App or Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you are either of legal age or accessing the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Creation and Management

a. Registration

While signing up for an account is voluntary, certain features of the App are only available to registered users. Registration can be done using third-party OAuth providers.

b. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All activities conducted through your account, including those conducted by others.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App and Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wheelie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Site, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• We do not guarantee that the App or Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, and we disclaim any responsibility for delays or outages.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase. All fees related to subscriptions and purchases will be clearly outlined before processing. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
